20/29 Matters arising from the minutes
Clerk reported she had complained about amount of lorries travelling up the lane to Cefn llogel recently, planning officers did visit but found no problems.
Gulley’s and footpath had now been addressed in the area. The Boundary Commission had agreed with our recommendations with Tredegar Park Ward combining with Marshfield Ward with 3 councillor representations.
20/30 Police matters
No report from Gwent Police, member reported an increase in off road traffic around Celtic Horizon, number plates being stolen at Celtic Horizon and Duffryn area.

Members agreed that the accounts are accurate and can be sent for audit, precept had been agreed by the City Council and would be paid in 2 instalments.

Members agreed we write to Cllr R White to see when the council recycling centre would get back to normal working, this is because of the amount of fly tipping within the ward, member thanked the council for getting funding from the Living Levels for litter picking equipment, no news on solar farm application for Wentloog Levels, members suggested the City Council/Welsh Government could use “the road to nowhere” as a halt for the new proposed development at St. Mellons.
