Clerk had contacted the Inspector for our area asking for clarification regarding parking on the verges and roundabouts around Imperial Way, Insp. Tomakova-Griffiths has raised issues with neighbourhood teams to address the issues over the coming weeks.
Police report was read out to members:
2/8 Tredegar House suspicious male, 4/8 Imperial Way 2 x boy racers, 6/8 Lakeside Drive concerns for safety, 10/8 Church Lane power lines on road, 11/8 Morgraig Avenue concerns for welfare, 17/8 Imperial Way boy racers, 18/8 Pencarn Avenue boy racers, 20/8 Quinn’s Radiators antisocial behaviour, 20/8 fire at Quinn’s Radiators, 27/8 Morlais Mews suspicious activity, 29/8 Imperial Way theft of a motorbike.

Final precept for 2019 received and banked, balances read out to members, chair and clerk had an appointment with our accountant to sort out PAYE.
Members resolved to continue with the website providers at a cost of £118.80 for two years.

Chairman reported we had difficulties with some of our website which was remedied by our providers; fly posting on lamp posts was an issue in the area, overgrown hedge at Pencarn Lane at the rear of Morgraig Avenue. Clerk handed out forms for register of member’s interests.
As Jayne did not have the time at the site visit to look at the lake area the chairman agreed to contact the Welsh Government for clarification on ownership and possibilities for future use.
Date of next meeting will be 15 October
