21 / 71 Police Matters:
 Police report for October was read out to members.
 Members queried any information on the ‘road to nowhere’ The Chairman will raise the issue at the next police surgery meeting (speed limits and traffic calming measures).

21 / 72 Correspondence:
 The clerk and members of the Council were invited to attend the Living Levels Celebration event on December 15th at Tredegar House by Gavin Jones of the RSPB.

21 / 73 Finance:
 Currently there is £2126.39 in the bank account inclusive of £71.80 VAT refund.
 Estimated costs for the 2022:
– Insurance £280
– Room rental £200
– Clerk’s expenses£100
– Clerk’s salary £2500
– Audit £300

Estimated costs £3000
Members agreed to set a Band D levy of £3.50 which will raise £3490.48

 A member raised concern over the number of cars being parked on the green in Church Crescent which is causing the ground to be badly cut up.
 Members see the reason for the cone restrictions on the A48.
