20/36 Matters arising from the minutes

Clerk reported we had contacted Cllr R White regarding picking up litter from the litter picking group’s and the opening of the recycling centre, Cllr White had reported back and information was passed to interested parties.

20/37 Police matters

Members were still concerned about the vehicles parking on the A48 at Berryhill Cottage.

Members were informed that the Welsh Audit was still requiring information on clerks salary, we had paid our accountant for work completed £50 + VAT

A member gave a detailed report of the last meeting with Jayne Bryant discussing the road to nowhere and the actions which will follow, members agreed to contact Marshfield Community Council for support. The chairman said he would give any support from the community council.
