19/70 Police Matters
Chair welcomed 2 PSO’s to the meeting, the monthly report was read out to members;
3/9 Lakeside Drive, anti social behaviour, 25/9 Nant y Mor Close, burglary, 26/9 Imperial Park, tree blocking road.
Gwent Police are liaising with National Resources Wales to investigate fly tipping.
Members reported: boy racers road to Church Lane and A48 roundabout, Cllr Suller to look into speed ramps, parking across dropped kerbs and roundabouts at Imperial Way.

Living Levels Partnership – dementia friendly sessions
19/72 Finance Matters
Welsh Audit report was read out to members, with the only issue was the clerk should sign audit sheet before presenting to members.
Bank balance was given to members.
1 to 1 accountant’s costs were £50 + vat half the total for last year due to be set up on their system.
HMRC refund of £55.67 was received for vat refund.
Early notice was reported to members following a public exhibition regarding a future planning application for an extension to the Next Generation Data Centre.
19/74 Any Other Business
Members reported the sign at the junction of the A48 and Pencarn Way has been damaged and sign on the floor, clerk to report. Cllr Suller reported on actions to Knotweed at 14 Church Crescent. Loose dogs reported to dog warden. Celtic Horizon Litter Pickers looking into lake area with Next Generation Data who have leased the land from the Welsh Government.
