Minutes were agreed for accuracy.
18/40 Matters arising from the minutes
Clerk had reported Japanese knotweed to the council at Church Crescent and was given a reference number but no other details.
18/41 Police Matters
Police report for the Marshfield Ward for the month of November was presented to members.
2/10 Greggs break in Lakeside Drive 5/10 Tredegar House, non dwelling break in 15/10 theft of fuel and vehicle tyres let down Nant y Moor Close 17/10 Theft of tools from attended van unlocked, Imperial Way 21/10 Tredegar House numerous fires reported within the wooded area of the grounds 24/10 Tredegar House/Jamaica Grove nuisance youths – fireworks- fires 28/10 Joy riders Church Lane 29/10 Tredegar House trees chopped down.
Members hoped we would see an improvement in taking action on illegal parking at Imperial Way when the new car park is completed. Chairman thanked the 2 officers for attending and giving members updates.

Information on the City Councils plans to cease giving community councils concurrent grants.
Resignation letter from T Llewellyn-Jones, who has moved out of the area

Bank balances were read out to members.
Clerk had submitted a statement of nil return for member’s remuneration to the Welsh Government.
Precept was discussed and a list of requirements was presented to members.
