Residents still having problems with off road bikes around the community.

Members reported cars and motorbikes racing on the road leading to Church Lane, this is causing residents problems especially at the weekend with noise going on to 11/11.30pm, it was reported there had been break-ins to out buildings in Church Crescent.

Members were concerned about the mobile take away at the “half way car sales” on the A48 it could cause issues with dangerous parking.
A lot of residents had emailed the council regarding the play area at Celtic Horizon; these have been forwarded to the city council. Members suggested the city council could look at remedial improvements to stop cars and motor bikes using the roundabout on the access road to Church lane as a racetrack.
