Chairman welcomed returning members to the first meeting since the election and the need to co-opt 2 members to complete the council membership.
Minutes of previous meeting
Minutes were agreed for accuracy.
Matters arising from the minutes
Chairman had visited the lay by on the A48 and photographed tipping, the council are not sure who is responsible, could be land owner, Welsh Government or NCC.
Police report for the Marshfield Ward for the month of April was presented to members.

Parking issues on Imperial Way was still causing problems and Police were still dealing with complaints. Fly tipping calls have increased NCC will deal with problems please try and get vehicle number plates.

Bank statement, balances were presented to the council.
Copy of completed audit return was presented to members and it was found that all payments and income have been accurate and properly recorded, members agreed that the annual return could go to audit office.

Members were still concerned that nothing was being done about Berryhill Cottage, with cars parking precariously close to the A48; member noted that the Coedkernew sign near White Cottage was missing.
