19/52 Police Matters
Motorists still causing problems on the access road to Church Lane, drag racing with around 40 cars blocking both lanes usually on Sunday evenings during good weather.
19/53 Celtic Horizon Litter Picking Group
Members gave a report on the latest figures of the amount collected, approx. 2000 bags equating to around 130 ton of rubbish and recycling collected to date, CHLP noted that although littering was an issue there did seem to be less fly tipping in the area, there are now 6 waste bins located recently on Pencarn Way.

Members resolved to fund the Celtic Horizon Litter Picking group for high visibility safety vests, safety glasses and sweeping brushes to a total of £219.75

A member reported a number of dogs roaming the rear of Church Crescent off their leads, if residents have problems please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Cars are still parking on the verges and roundabouts at Imperial Way, clerk to contact Inspector to clarify who is responsible.
Visibility splays and grass cutting on the access road to Church Lane and street lights out at the Church Lane end of the access road.
