Minutes were agreed for accuracy.

20/13 Matters arising from the minutes

20/14 Police matters
No report received, members were given to understand that there would be no more monthly reports? Members were disappointed as this was the only way to know what was happening within the ward. Imperial Way still a problem with cars paring on verges and roundabouts, Cllr Suller had spoken to PSO C Doidge and was informed bookings are continuing, lorries still fly tipping on the road to nowhere, police Welsh Assembly and City Council informed, shops on the front of Tredegar House broken into recently.

Bank balance was given to members.
Members resolved to pay the invoice for membership of One Voice Wales.

20/0039 Erection of 4 three storey Data Centre Buildings comprising B8 use.
Land East of Celtic Technology Centre. Celtic Lakes, Coedkernew, Newport.

20/18 Any Other Business
Members discussed the Boundary Commission for Wales Review of the Electoral Arrangements of the City of Newport, clerk to write with our comments and suggestions.
City Councillors were asked to look into large lorries accessing the lane to Cefn Llogell Farm caring loads of earth, also the gulley’s from SDR roundabout to the A48 footbridge which were blocked, also the path from Blacksmiths Way to Phoenix House which ponds when it rains, a member asked if the road from the A48 to Church Lane could be included on the gritting schedule.
