19/11 Declaration of Interests
19/12 Minutes of previous meeting
Minutes were agreed for accuracy.
19/13 Matters arising from the minutes
Litter dumped in the hedgerows has been collected by NCC.
19/14 Police Matters
Members have picked up dumped number plates for cars in the area and passed to police, cars are still speeding onto the Celtic Horizon Estate, possibly residents.

19/16 Finance Matters
Bank balances were read out to members.
It was resolved that Cllrs M Pearce, D Johnston and T Boswell be signatories for our bank account following the resignation of Cllr T Llewellyn-Jones and Cllr D Pounder. Forms were duly filled in for the bank.

19/18 Coedkernew Litter Pickers
Members from Celtic Horizon Litter Pickers group gave members a presentation on their activities to keep the area free of rubbish, there are 3-4 groups operating around Coedkernew and Duffryn picking up as much as 120 bags which is collected by Newport City Council, at the moment they are supported by Keep Wales Tidy who supply rubbish bags and pickers as well Hi Vis gear, members were willing to support the group with finance in the future, the group were also erecting bird boxes around the reens, members appreciated the work done by the group to keep the area free of litter.

Clerk will inform members if date changes due to availability of the golf club.
