Clerk reported no decision as yet regarding Berry Hill Cottage, the Welsh Government have delayed the car park at Imperial way until the new financial year.
Police report for February was reported to members:
9/1 theft from vehicle Celtic Way
11/1 cars booked with over 30 parking tickets issued at Imperial Way
19/1 road rage Pound Hill
Fly tipping and off road bikes on the increase, scam calls and cold calling have also increased, residents should be aware and phone 101 if you think they are rouge traders.
18/0118 Tredegar House, Coedkernew. Various works including reduction and felling 28 trees, in a conservation area.

Overgrown hedge at southern junction of Church Crescent and Church Lane, caravans on land between Berry Hill Cottage and Pound Lane north of the A48, rubbish down the back of the lay-by on the A48 by burger van.
