Report for April was read out to members;
01/4 theft of lead Tredegar House, 03/4 theft of number plates Imperial Way, 04/4 criminal damage Powis House, 05/4 suspicious male Blacksmiths Way, 05/4 travellers evicted Celtic Way, 09/4 abandoned caravan Pencarn Avenue, 10/4 off road bikes fields around Coedkernew, 13/4 shed break in Pencarn Avenue. Members reported motorbikes racing towards Church Lane.

Clerk reported that the amount of work involved in preparing the accounts for the audit and updating the website has increased. Members resolved to increase the clerk’s hours to 5 hours per week starting next financial year.
Bank balances were read out to members.

19/38 Any Other Business
Road lights were still out on the bottom of the road leading to Church Lane. Members were notified that the parking enforcement officers were due to start shortly, it was thought they would spend 3 days in the town centre and 2 days in the rural areas. Members were informed that the Celtic Horizon Litter Pickers had this year so far collected approximately 350 bags of litter, 100 bags of recycling, and many tons of fly-tipping. Overall with other groups in the area about 1000 bags and 60 ton of fly-tipping had been collected to date
